You're Fired!!!

Okay, the Head Warden has made the Mommy MAD!!! I got another bruise on my head today at Baby Jail!!! Mommy isn't mad that I got a bruise on my head because she knows that is going to happen now that I am Mr. Mobility! But Miss Laura was taking care of me when I banged my head into this container I was playing with! She cuddled me and everything. She called Daddy and left him a voicemail, which is a NO, NO because he doesn't pay attention to his desk phone. Did they call Mommy like they are suppose to?? N-O!!! Mommy had to get onto the Head Warden about her not paying attention to the instructions Daddy gave her not two weeks ago about Mommy being the one that knows everything first!!! Daddy was quite clear about his instructions...besides, that was always the rule anyway. Seems that the Head Warden doesn't think it was such a big deal that they can't follow the simplest instructs. Seems Mommy thinks that if they can't follow the simplest of instructions, they have no business taking care of her and daddy's precious boy.

Mommy is good because she found me a new daycare in no time. We were there not ten minutes later investigating it. This is actually one Mommy called when I was just a little baby but they didn't have openings. They had a bed for me this time though! Mommy and I went to investigate it and we were both very pleased. Daddy went by a few minutes later and he loves it too!! This must be the federal penitentiary version of Baby Jails because it is very cushy. But guess what else....IT DOES NOT HAVE THAT DAYCARE SMELL!!!! I also made a new friend while I was checking out my new room. Mommy is sad though because she said it will be just like me starting daycare for the very first time. Anyhow, it looks like I will start there on Monday!

Well that is all for now. I am going to Dallas this weekend to visit with MY Joey and Jesse.

Mr. Mobility!!!

I CAN DO IT!!!!! Guess who can crawl???? That's right, Mr. Wonderful...M-E!!! I have finally learned how to go forward. Rufus wasn't expecting me to be able to sneak up on him in my forward gear!!! Mommy and Daddy are very proud of me. Mommy says I will go much farther faster if I stop trying to stand up in the middle of my forward movements. Heck!! Why should I worry about getting speedy, I feel the need to run!!! Anyhow, Mommy said that if she is able to figure it out, she will post a video clip of me crawling.

We went to see Grandma Dale and Grandpa Jim yesterday and they were extremely impressed by my new skills!!! They tried to watch me while Mommy and Daddy went in the hot tub but I finally convinced them with all my yelling that they better prove to me that Mommy and Daddy didn't ditch me! I was happy once I saw proof that they were still there.

This morning, I head butted Mommy and made her mouth bleed. Mommy says she still loves me but it wasn't very nice of me to hurt her. Sorry Mommy!!! Mommy still isn't feeling all that great so I probably should take it easy on her. What ever germs Daddy gave her caused her to cough so much that she pulled muscles in her side. Mommy says jumping on her won't make the muscles better so I should stop. I suppose I will take it easy on her so that Daddy can go back to being more of a Daddy than some strange hybrid mix of Mommy, Daddy and Maid.

Anyhow, I am going to Dallas next weekend where I can show My Joey and Jesse that I can now run with the big boys!!

Prisoner Abuse!!!

Owwww!!!!! Can you believe that they let me fall over and bump my head today at Baby Jail???? I have a bruise on my forehead!! Daddy was very very mad at the Wardens for letting me bump my head. I fell over and bumped my head. Ms. Charlotte tried to catch me as I tumped over but she wasn't quick enough. When Mommy came and scooped me up today, she said "Come on Buddy let's get out of here before they push you over again!!" I thought it was hilarious that she said that but it really was an accident. The Wardens were glad to know that Mommy was just teasing. Mommy fully expects me to get bumps and bruises as I learn to be more mobile. We are just going to have to convince Daddy that I am going to get some bumps and bruises along the way!!!

Anyway, yesterday Uncle Lenny, Aunt Patty and Jessica came to see me. I was rather cranky but Aunt Patty did a great job of cuddling with me. Guess what else...Uncle Lenny and I went swimming in my pool!!! I had a good time and I can't wait to go to Aunt Lily's house in a couple of weeks so I can go pee in her pool! Daddy said I can bring my floaty boaty with me!!

Let's Party!!!

I went to my very first party on Saturday!! I went to Ryan's birthday party and guess what, I was the life of the party!!! Everyone fussed over me! I was pretty cranky at first because I was woken up from my slumber. After I got over being woken up, I had a blast!!! Guess what else, I had my very first taste of birthday cake! Mommy told me not to tell my doctor that I tried some birthday cake. Birthday cake rules!!! I kept trying to get more birthday cake but Mommy said I couldn't have anymore. How mean is that to introduce me to the good stuff then say I can't have anymore??!! Anyhow, Mommy assures me that in a few months I will get my very own birthday cake and I can dive head first into if I want to.

Halleluliah!!!

My secretary, Mommy, has returned from the brink of death!!! Okay, so maybe Mommy and I are being a little over dramatic. Mommy was very very sick. That's okay though because she is much better now and Daddy had to play Daddy, Mommy and Maid! I think he is very very happy that Mommy is better now.

Time has flown by, so here is my update...

I have only one crawling gear, its reverse!! I have been crawling backwards and getting into everything I can get my little paws on. Mommy keeps telling me that I need to learn how to use my forward gears. She keeps telling me that the world is much bigger when you are moving forward and I will be able to get around a lot faster. I have been studying the other kids in Baby Jail and I think that I will figure it out in due time. Mommy and Daddy have been real encouraging about trying to get me to go forward and I have been really trying but they are just going to have to wait a little bit longer!!

I have more big news...Someone very cute baby is getting a front tooth! That's right, I am getting one of my top front teeth to go along with my two bottom teeth. I am not too sure about the "toothbrush" though!! Mommy says that having teeth is a big responsibility and I have to learn how to clean them. Yeah right!! That's what Mommys are for!

Daddy has been studying my hand signals! The other night I woke Mommy up because I was crying while Daddy was watching me. Mommy asked Daddy why I was crying and he said that I was crying because I had a poopy diaper. Mommy asked how he knew if he hadn't checked yet. Daddy said he knew because I was telling him with my hands. Mommy told Daddy, whatever. Needlesstosay, I had a poopy diaper. Mommy told Daddy that it was just a lucky guess. So what did I do?? I had to let Mommy know that Daddy knew what he was talking about. So the next morning I started doing that hand thingy again right after Mommy changed me. And you know what...yeah, that's right I had a poopy diaper!!! Daddy explained to Mommy that I do my hand thingy when I am frustrated! Having a poopy diaper is enough to make me frustrated!!

I am playing with the big boys at Baby Jail. My two best buddies are able to walk and they look after me. The other morning I was crying and Sean came over and brought me a block to play with. I don't remember my other buddy's name but he and Sean always try to comfort me when I am upset.

I got to go to work with Daddy again on Wednesday. I got to hang out with Aunt Kay and Uncle Carl all day! They are the best!!! I also got to visit with one of my other attorneys, Jack Fink. I have all kinds of lawyers. Daddy says that Mr. Jack is the guy who makes sure that Daddy, Aunt Kay and Uncle Carl stay out of trouble! Who makes Mommy stay out of trouble??

Wrassle Mania 2006

Mommy and I had to wrassle today because I did not want to eat. Mommy eventually won though because I ended up eating like a good boy. Daddy told me that if Mommy's boys aren't eating she isn't happy, so just eat to keep her happy. I sure felt better after eating too. Go figure!!

Anyway, after our wrassling match Mommy and I went to bring Granny Bev a book at work. We ought to bring Granny Bev books more often because I got some piggy bank $$$ from Granny Bev!!! Thanks Granny Bev!!!! After visiting with Granny Bev for a minute we went to pick up some stuff at Grandpa Len's house! I told Grandpa Len all about my wrassling with Mommy.

Today is the Fourth of July but Daddy says that I can have any fireworks or sparklers. What a party pooper Daddy is being!!!

Dr. Know Nothing vs. Dr. Know It All!!

Okay, today was a big day!!! Our air conditioner pooped out last night so Mommy and I slept in Daddy's bonus room because it has a separate air system. We chased Daddy out of the room because he seemed to be bothered by the sleeping arrangements!!

Anyhow, Mommy and I went to go visit my doctor this morning! My doctor says I look great and that I DO NOT have strep throat. That doctor who saw me yesterday must have been a crack head!! Anyway, he told Mommy to just keep giving me my antibiotics for my ear infection (that was diagnosed last week), steroids (Mommy always passes me off to Daddy for a little while until my swirlies go away) and to give me an extra puff on my asthma medication twice a day! The doctor was worried that the insurance company may cause problems with me getting extra asthma medication but Mommy said so what, if we have to pay for me to have extra medicine it is no big deal because it is only money and I am the Buddy!!!! My doctor says I am doing great and my chest sounds great too!! He just wants me to have extra medicine to help ward off any future problems. What a guy!!

I got to go all over town today trying to beat the heat!! I got to go to Mommy's work today to visit with everyone! I had a blast bouncing with Ms. Tria! Everyone laughed because Uncle Ronny kissed Daddy on the cheek!! Uncle Ronny wouldn't let me put his hand in my mouth this time. I guess he didn't want to hear Mommy whine!! Ms. Charlette was not being very cooperative. She knew I was just waiting for the perfect moment to attack her hair again but she never let her guard down!! I got to hang out with Mr. Brad too. He asked me if I wanted to cover the front office for him but I wasn't too interested! Seems he failed to mention how much he would pay me! I wasn't being too cooperative with Auntie Tedi and wouldn't let her see my teeth. Sorry Auntie Tedi maybe next time!!! Afterwards, Mommy and I tried to see Ms. Jennifer and Ms. Laura but they weren't in their little cubicles upstairs so Mommy and I went to visit Ms. Sommer and Ms. Chandra. I had a blast over there! Ms. Sommer was mean to me though because she wouldn't let me play with her coffee cup! I also got to play with Mr. Turner's baseball. I was trying to eat it and he said I was working on my spit ball. Mommy says less spit! Then we went to see Ms. Phyllis at DHHS. She use to be Mommy's secretary. Mommy and I had been practicing going PLPLPLPLPL!!! all week but it seems my day was too busy and I slept the entire time! Mommy assures me that I will get a chance to go PLPLPLPLPLPL!!! to Ms. Phyllis in the future.

Mommy and I are exhausted from our little outing today so we are going to hang out and recover tonight! We might travel tomorrow to deliver a book to Granny Bev because Mommy is a dufus and didn't think about giving it to Grandpa Len when he was over here Saturday!!!

My First Pool Party!!!

Guess what, I had my first "pool party" on Saturday!!!! Aunt Kay and Uncle Carl came over so Daddy could cook them steaks for his birthday (Daddy's birthday was last Thursday) and then I invited them to my pool party!! Aunt Kay and Mommy both sat out so it was a "Guys Only Party." I had a blast and I just love my pool! Thanks Daddy for disobeying Mommy by getting me my very own pool!!! Daddy was my "speed boat" engine. (He did a great job too!)

My pool is a magic pool because it also serves as a fishing hole!! I got to go fishing with my fishing pole that Aunt Kay got me a few months ago!! Daddy did a great job of taking me on my very first fishing trip.

I told you I had a special pool. Not only does it serve as a swimming pool and fishing hole, it is also a Sushi bar!!!

Mommy and I were on sick call today!! Both of us are sick! Mommy says I infected her and I say she infected me! Turns out we both have strep throat! (Yeah, yeah, the co-pay king struck again...Mommy and Daddy were really worried about my wheezing so they took me to the ER where they discovered that I have strep throat...of course my wheezing had disappeared while we were there...go figure!!!) Anyway, we are both feeling better this evening though! Actually, I think Mommy and I can agree that maybe Daddy was the original source of our ailments because he was real sick not too long ago. Mommy and I might have to sue Daddy for our pain and suffering.

Mommy had been sleeping in the extra bedroom the past few nights because she didn't want to run the risk of making Daddy and me sick. Now Mommy and I are giving Daddy the boot...he is going to have to find some other place to sleep because we don't want him breathing our air because he is liable to reinfect us because he is surely the next one to get sick...his throat is a little sore today!

Anyway, if Mommy and I are up to it (well at least me), we are going to visit a bunch of people tomorrow.
