Daddy and Me On Our Way to Church!!
The Great Easter Egg Hunt!!!
Mommy, Daddy and Me went to spend Easter with Grandma Dale. I like going to Grandma's because she lets me do all the things that I know Grandpa Jim wouldn't approve of. Daddy thought he was smart by putting a baby lock on the cabinet door to keep me away from all the flash lights and stuff. I pulled on the door so hard the lock snapped in half. That ought to teach Daddy!!!
Anyway, the Easter Bunny found me at Grandma's house. I got to search for eggs all over the house and the Easter Bunny left me TWO EASTER BASKETS!!! I got a TON of candy, a new "boom box", an Easter Thomas train, a new Thomas movie, a new Elmo DVD and lots of little toys. The Easter Bunny even left baskets for Grandma, Daddy and Mommy. That Easter Bunny sure is thoughtful. I don't remember Santa leaving anything for them at Christmas. Hmmmm....Maybe they were bad!!
Now for the miracle! I made it completely through a very long Church service!! That's right, I sure did. Nobody even bothered to give me a dirty look because I was a perfect angel through out the service. Mommy was extremely proud of me because she thought I was going to be my typical bad boy self and we would end up getting booted from the cry room. Hurrah for me!!! See I can be good!!! Mommy bragged on me to Grandma and Daddy when we caught up with them after the service. They were both very proud of me too!!! I also got to see Mr. Larry at Church. We then went back to Grandma's but I was fast asleep by the time we got back to Grandma's house. I think Oscar nipped my finger when I was sleeping. I woke up crying saying "my finger" and Oscar was sitting in the hallway looking guilty when Mommy got back there. No big deal though because Oscar is my buddy.
After I woke up from my nap we went to see Aunt Patty, Uncle Fester, and Ryan. Aunt Patty's Mommy and brother Don were there too. "Mo" was there (he's Aunt Patty's Mommy's dog) Uncle Fester says that Mo and Rufus both work out at the same gym because they are both fatties! Anway, The Easter Bunny stopped by their house and left me a bunch of eggs, some Reese's Pieces Candy, "Dude Da Bunny" and a big bouncy toy. That Easter Bunny sure knows everything because he knew I was going to their house for dinner and he must have left me extra eggs because I was so good in Church. Aunt Patty made me a yummy dinner. I didn't care much for the ham though so Uncle Fester taught me to make Dexter "speak" for ham. I gave him some Macaroni and Cheese too. I tried to give him corn but nobody would let me. Oh well!!!
Well that was my Easter! I hope yours was "Hoppy"!!! Oh yeah, forgive the pictures, Mommy sure likes to forget the camera lately!
P.S. Where's Joey???
