Please Don't Make Me Ride the Choo-Choo Train!!
Super Slide!! That's More Like It!!
Okay, Maybe I Don't Look As Silly As the Guy
With The Pablo Backpack!!!
I was one busy boy this weekend. Mommy thought we should properly welcome springtime by having a fun filled weekend!! On Saturday Mommy and me went shopping to buy me some shorts and shirts so I won't sweat like a little piggy on warm days. We even bumped into Warden Kelly and her son while we were out shopping. Mommy was going to get me a new pair of Shoxx but I got bored with shopping so the trip to the shoe store ended with her carrying me out like a football!! Who needs new shoes anyway?? Besides, why can't see be like most Mommies and just turn up with new shoes!!!
Fortunately Mommy didn't think I was so naughty that my afternoon field trip was cancelled. Guess where we went??? Daddy, Mommy and Me went to FUNLAND!!! They had little rides for me and I got to go on the Super Slides in the Park!! I wasn't too big on the rides but Mommy made Daddy take me on some of the rides because I had so much fun on the rides at the State Fair. Mommy said if I didn't ride she was going to take the money out of my piggy bank to cover my tickets. What's a boy!!! Anyway, I didn't even want to ride the Choo-Choo Train!!! I rode it twice. The first time the train broke down and we had to get off. The second time the Train Man didn't think it was very cute when I said, "Train Man---Train broke!" Where's his sense of humor? Anyway, I talked all about my train ride and the train man after that. Okay, so maybe Mommy was right! I have to admit, I had a blast!!
On Sunday I got to go to the Zoo!!! Mommy decided that my running off and trying to hide in public places isn't as hilarious as I think it is so she got me a Monkey for my back. It is suppose to be my conscious! I don't like having a monkey on my back! Daddy made me made by grabbing the end of the monkey's tail. Mommy told him to leave it alone and tuck it back into the pocket. So I took off running!! Mommy hollered after me and asked me if I wanted her to get the monkey's tail. Naturally I stopped dead in my tracks. I may have looked like a little dweeb with a monkey on his back but I would have been super dweeb if one of them was holding onto the tail. I got to see my elephant, a tiger, ducks, birds, fish, a squirrel, a Greater Kudu, two giraffes and some turtles. Mommy also offered to let me ride the Camel but I declined. I wonder why she didn't force the issue??
Well I had a blast this weekend. Mommy says now that the weather is nicer we can go do lots of other things. I can't wait!!
