They Finally Figure It Out

This week my Daddy, Mommy, "Auntie Lynne" and Sean finally figure out that we were all meant to be in each other's lives. My Daddy and Mommy moved to Benton in January 2004. Prior to moving they lived in Little Rock just a few house up from Lynne and Sean but none of them realized it until just this week. Mommy remembers seeing Ian (with his beautiful blond curls) playing in the front yard with his Mommy. Both Daddy and Mommy remember the stork that announced Jackson's arrival. Can you believe it, these silly people all lived near each other and did not realize how much they needed each other in the other's lives...Good thing I came into the picture.

Today, we all got together because tomorrow my Daddy and Mommy are going to meet my biological parents for the very first time. "Auntie Lynne", Sean, Ian and Jackson (one of my biological brothers), "Auntie Alicia", Will and Ian's friend came over to my house for a cook out. Jackson chased my furry sister Harley all around. Harley didn't appreciate it very much but was very tolerant of him. (I am afraid I won't get to meet Harley, she has chondrosarcoma in her jaw. Mommy and Daddy think she is trying to stick around to meet me but fear that despite all her best efforts she won't be able to do it). My furry brothers, Sebastian and Rufus, decided that the best way to handle company is to hide (I am sure that I am going to have loads of fun with those two).

Sean thought Mommy looked familiar. Mommy is pretty horrible with names and faces, so she didn't think much of it. They then realized that they have been playing on opposing softball teams for quite some time. Mommy later realized that the reason she looked so familiar was because they just played a game against each other this past Wednesday.

Anyway, I am looking forward to meeting everyone, especially Ian and Jackson. I am sure that Ian and Jackson are going to be two of my bestest buddies. I am pretty lucky too because I know that they are going to keep a close eye on me to make sure that I don't get into any trouble.
